FIVE BENEFITS OF TRAINING WITH A.T.C. PERSONAL TRAINER

1. Privacy and exclusivity:
The clients that come to train at my gym don’t want to work out next to a college kid filming for Instagram. They pay a premium to train in a gym that feels like theirs: no crowds, no waiting for equipment. They love the private studio, the by-appointment-only feel.
2. Time given back to them:
Their number one currency isn’t money; it’s time. They don’t want a 90-minute commitment; they want maximum results in minimum minutes, and they want it handled. I will have your program, your recovery, and your nutrition dialed in so you just show up and I do the thinking; it’s music to their ears.
3. Longevity and performance, not just weight loss:
Clients, especially 40-plus, aren’t chasing weight loss, especially since they just use the fat shot for that; they’re chasing more life. They want to keep crushing it at work, keep up with their kids, and feel 35 at 55. If I can make them feel younger, I will have a client for life.
4. They want a pro coaching them:
This is one reason that I don’t employ any part-time trainers at my gym. My clients are usually high achievers and want to be around others who are serious about their profession and good at what they do.
If I put an untrained rookie trainer at my gym who works 2 hours a week and has a full-time job doing something else, that would not impress my clients.
5. Status and identity:
People buy who they become.
Training with me feels like joining an elite club of high achievers who take their health as seriously as their business.
My gym environment attracts the right clientele, the right standards and it signals, “I’m the kind of person who invests in myself at the highest level.”
